Can I buy IELTS without taking an exam?

We are often asked if you can buy an IELTS certificate one way or
another without taking an exam. The answer is yes, it is possible. Cases
of “buying” IELTS have happened more than once and are probably
happening right now.
That said, putting the ethical component out of the bracket, it’s worth
taking the situation apart point by point. Let’s take a look at what
methods of protection you will have to bypass in order to get a real
certificate. IELTS certificates are printed on a special paper form,
watermarked, stamped and signed by a notary. In our shop we only produce
certificates on the original letterhead, hence the price; they are expensive and very hard to get.

Language tests in person.

When submitting documents to the embassy, both for immigration and
for training, you should always be prepared that you may be invited to
an interview, which will definitely take place in English.
This way the immigration officer will be able to make sure that your
level of English corresponds to the level stated in the certificate.

So, there are 3 formats and 2 forms of the IELTS exam:

• Those planning to immigrate to English-speaking countries will need the IELTS General;
• Those wishing to study in Western universities will need to add IELTS Academic to their application form;
• IELTS Life Skills will be required if you are moving to a family reunion.
• Furthermore, if you intend to move to the UK, you will need to take the IELTS for UKVI.
